Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way! If an item is marked BACKORDERED, you can still place an order for that item and it will ship within 7-10 business days. If you would rather wait for the item to be in stock before placing an order, the BACKORDERED notation will be removed from the product description once the item is back in stock.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We are currently only shipping within the United States. If you would like to place an international order please inquire through email by filling out the form on our Contact page. Please include the item and your shipping location. Thanks!

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused, undamaged and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible through our Contact page with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
